Registered Nurse - Full-Time

Join a dedicated healthcare team as a Registered Nurse (RN) providing patient-centered care across various clinical settings. Responsibilities Include Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver personalized care.Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, to develop and evaluate care plans.Providing care across all phases of health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.Coordinating patient assessments, education, triage, and nursing interventions within the scope of practice. Qualifications And Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.Current, unencumbered RN license in the practice state or multistate licensure if applicable.At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.Ability to work independently, demonstrate clinical competency, and adhere to professional standards and ethical guidelines. Key Duties Providing individualized patient care following age and population-specific standards.Planning and coordinating care, including patient education and triage.Maintaining compliance with licensing requirements and certifications.
