Registered Nurse - Float Pool (Med Surg)

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care across various units, demonstrating advanced nursing skills and knowledge.
• Rotate through units such as Acute Rehab, Med Tele, Oncology, and Neuro Trauma, performing duties within scope of practice and competency.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes and contribute to hospital initiatives.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Colorado or active multistate license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Graduate of a certified Nursing School (BSN preferred)
• Minimum two years of inpatient acute care RN experience recommended
• Ability to articulate nursing theory and practice
• No travel required; position is within a single facility
