About the Role

Join as a Float Pool RN and provide Med-Surg care across multiple locations, supporting staffing needs and gaining diverse clinical experience. As a Float Pool RN, you will deliver high-quality care, adapt to various clinical settings, and support teams during critical staffing periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Med-Surg care in various clinical settings.
• Adapt to different environments and support teams during critical staffing periods.
• Modify care based on age-specific needs.

Requirements

• Associate Degree (ADN) required; Bachelor’s Degree (BSN) preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in Med-Surg, Tele, Critical Care, ED, or Women's health.
• Current compact licensure in the appropriate state.
• Specialty certification (preferred within two years of hire).
• Completion of department-specific skills validation and competency testing.
• Successful completion of Cardiac dysrhythmia training within 3 months of hire.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification.
