Registered Nurse - Float Pool Critical Care

Role: Registered Nurse Float Pool Critical Care Responsibilities: Provide patient care under departmental supervision, supporting acutely ill patients across various units based on float pool agreements. Deliver therapeutic and administrative services aligned with hospital mission. Influence patient outcomes through collaborative relationships and participation in nursing initiatives. Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited nursing program with an AND or BSN, valid RN license (including compact license if applicable), BLS certification upon hire, with ACLS, TNCC, and PALS required within specified periods. Minimum of 5 years of critical care experience in ICU, ER, or PACU. Skills & Attributes: Strong clinical expertise in critical care, ability to adapt to different units, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
