Registered Nurse - Float Pool Critical Care

About the role

The Super Float Pool Registered Nurse provides patient care under supervision across various units, supporting acutely ill patients based on the float pool agreement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapeutic and administrative nursing services
• Utilize staffing support, advanced technology, and clinical resources to ensure safe, high-quality care
• Perform patient assessments and administer treatments
• Collaborate with healthcare teams
• Support organizational standards for patient safety and care excellence

Requirements

• Bachelor's or associate degree in nursing from an accredited program
• Active RN license
• BLS certification (required upon hire)
• ACLS (within 2 months of hire)
• TNCC and PALS (within 6 months of hire)
• Minimum of 5 years critical care experience in ICU, ER, or PACU
