Role Overview: A Registered Nurse Float Pool Critical Care provides patient care across various units under the supervision of the Nurse Manager, focusing on acutely ill patients. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).Active RN license in applicable state(s) or compact license.BLS certification required; ACLS, TNCC, and PALS within specified timeframes.Minimum of 5 years of critical care experience in ICU, ER, or PACU.
