About the role
Registered Nurse in the Float Pool, providing full-time, day-shift care in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Lead healthcare teams by establishing personalized relationships with patients and support systems.
- Collaborate with physicians and staff to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans that promote health or support peaceful end-of-life care.
- Utilize evidence-based practices and compassion to guide patient navigation through their health journey.
- Assume responsibility, authority, and accountability for care management in line with policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- RN licensure in the appropriate state required.
- One year relevant nursing experience preferred.
- Successful completion of a Board-approved refresher course if license has been inactive for five years or more.
