Registered Nurse - Float Pool

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care in women and infants units, including Mother/Baby, Labor and Delivery, Women’s Care, and NICU, utilizing top of scope practice and evidence-based standards. Key Responsibilities Deliver quality, safe, and compassionate nursing care through the nursing process.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.Prioritize patient wellness and safety while modeling proficiency and precepting new staff.Support ongoing education and competency validation in a fast-paced clinical environment.Adhere to practice standards from organizations like AWHONN and AACN, including certifications such as RNC-OB, C-EFM, NRP, and CCRN. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of accredited nursing program or approved nursing school if less than 3 years of experience.Current RN licensure and relevant certifications.Minimum 6 months of Women and Infants nursing experience or completion of specialized fellowship.NRP certification within 6 months of hire and BLS through AHA or Red Cross.
