About the Role

Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) providing direct patient care across various critical care units, including Women’s and Children’s specialties. Work across multiple specialties to develop versatile, high-acuity nursing skills, enhancing clinical judgment through diverse patient populations and diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement age-appropriate clinical care for assigned patients each shift.
• Supervise delegated staff.
• Support high-quality, safe nursing practices.
• Manage resources effectively.

Requirements

• Valid RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, Mother & Baby, NICU, Pediatrics, Emergency Pediatrics, or PICU.
