Registered Nurse - Flex/Per Diem/PRN

About the role

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability, evaluating care effectiveness, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited program
• Current RN license
• At least one year of recent bedside RN experience in Med Surg or two years in specialized areas such as ED or ICU
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (department-dependent)
• Epic experience preferred

• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Quick adaptation to scheduling changes
• Strong clinical skills

Additional Duties

Participate in the Gig Nursing Program, which involves:

• Flexible scheduling
• Short-notice availability
• Minimal guaranteed hours
• Coverage across departments such as ED, ICU, Med Surg, and Labor & Delivery
