Registered Nurse - Flex/Per Diem/PRN

About the role

Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care, ensure patient rights and confidentiality, and coordinate care with other departments. Evaluate the effectiveness of care, maintain professional accountability, and perform duties aligned with the organization’s mission and standards.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including day or night, with no mandatory weekends or holidays. Responsible for scheduling a minimum number of hours and being available for short-notice shifts, with potential shift cancellations.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
• Current RN licensure
• Recent bedside RN experience (minimum 1 year for Med Surg; 2 years for specialty areas)
• Certifications: BLS (required), ACLS, and PALS as applicable

Physical demands include lifting, prolonged standing, and mobility activities.
