About the role
This role is for experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) in a hospital setting that has recently expanded its ER and ICU to better serve the community.
Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
- Managing staffing ratios of 3:1 on high acuity units
- Managing transfers primarily for complex cases
Qualifications
- Nursing degree (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN licensure
- At least 1 year of ER experience preferred
Certifications
- BLS required
- Additional unit-specific certifications potentially needed
Physical demands
- Lifting up to 50 lbs
- Standing, walking, and performing various movements to deliver care
