Registered Nurse - ER (Mid shift)

Responsibilities

• Providing patient care in high-acuity environments with staffing ratios of 3:1 or 4:1.
• Managing complex cases, with transfers limited to specialized situations such as major burns or neurosurgery.
• Performing physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, prolonged standing, and various movements to deliver quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN licensure in the state or a compact license.
• Preferred 1+ year ER experience.
• Certifications such as BLS, with additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, ENPC, TNCC, or others depending on unit requirements.
