About the Role
Provides specialized nursing care in an Electrophysiology Lab, ensuring patient safety and clinical excellence.
Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based nursing care and monitor patient conditions.
- Execute physician orders and adjust care plans as needed.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to promote seamless communication.
- Drive proactive discharge planning for safe patient transitions.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse license from the Kansas Board of Nursing.
- Advanced Life Support certification (within 6 months of hire) and BLS certification (within 1 month of hire).
- Diploma from an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensure.
Preferred Skills
- ICU clinical experience in high-acuity environments.
- Proficiency with critical care medical equipment and ICU technologies.
