Registered Nurse - Clinic

About the role

Provides direct nursing care in a pediatric clinical setting, ensuring patient safety and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Implements and monitors patient care plans.
• Communicates patient conditions to the healthcare team.
• Coordinates multidisciplinary care.
• Follows physician and nursing orders.
• Assesses discharge needs.
• May assist with physician rounds.
• Applies evidence-based practices tailored to patient age and clinical needs.
• Demonstrates professional nursing standards and adheres to ethical guidelines, maintaining a safe environment.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensure.
• No prior experience required.
• Must hold valid RN license and BLS certification for the respective state.
• Physical stamina for constant standing, walking, lifting, and other movements.
• Strong communication skills and attention to safety are essential.
