Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care, assess patient conditions, and monitor progress
- Recognize deviations, plan, and evaluate care plans
- Delegate tasks to team members and collaborate to meet unit goals
- Document pertinent observations and ensure quality patient outcomes
Requirements
- Associate degree in nursing or higher; BSN required within 5 years
- Current Illinois RN licensure and CPR certification
- ACLS and PALS certifications within 90 days of hire
- Preferred experience in endoscopy
- Critical thinking, teamwork, and strong communication skills
