Registered Nurse - Endoscopy - Days

About the Role

Provides direct nursing care within the Endoscopy department, ensuring patient safety and well-being. Responsibilities include implementing and monitoring care plans, coordinating multidisciplinary team efforts, executing physician and nursing orders, and managing discharge planning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care following organizational policies and protocols.
• Assess patient conditions and communicate updates effectively.
• Serve as a primary coordinator among healthcare disciplines for seamless care delivery.
• Ensure proper discharge planning in collaboration with the healthcare team.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure by the Alabama Board of Nursing.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire, from AHA or Red Cross.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing school and professional licensure at hire.
