Position Overview This role involves providing direct nursing care within the Endoscopy department, following established policies and protocols. Responsibilities include implementing and monitoring patient care plans, communicating patient conditions, serving as the primary coordinator for multidisciplinary care, executing physician and nursing orders, and assessing discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.
