About the Role
This role involves providing direct nursing care within the Endoscopy department, following established policies and protocols.
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered nursing care
- Implement and monitor patient care plans
- Communicate patient conditions to the healthcare team
- Serve as the primary coordinator for multidisciplinary care
- Execute physician and nursing orders
- Assess discharge planning needs with the healthcare team
Requirements
- Current RN licensure by the Alabama Board of Nursing
- BLS certification obtained within 1 month of hire, from AHA or Red Cross
- Diploma from an accredited nursing program
