Position Overview Department: EndoscopyWork Location: UAB St Vincent's Birmingham Role And Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care following organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.Implement, monitor, and communicate patient care plans.Coordinate multidisciplinary care as the primary point of contact.Execute physician and nursing orders accurately.Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning with the healthcare team. Qualifications And Skills Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) by the Alabama Board of Nursing.Current BLS provider certification obtained within 30 days of hire, accepted from the American Heart Association or Red Cross.Diploma from an accredited nursing school or college.
