About the role
Registered Nurse - Endoscopy position located in Elmhurst, IL. Full‑time role with a sign‑on bonus of $10,000 for candidates with one year of Endo/GI experience (parameters apply).
Responsibilities
- Renders professional nursing care to provide quality patient care.
- Employs critical thinking skills to assess patients’ condition, recognize deviations, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and record pertinent observations.
- Delegates appropriate patient care tasks to other staff.
- Functions as a team member to fulfill unit goals.
Requirements
- Education: Associate degree in nursing or higher level nursing degree (BSN required within 5 years from start date).
- License/Certification: Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure; Current CPR Certification (BLS) issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within ninety days of start date.
- Pediatric Life Support (PALS) within ninety days of start date.
Qualifications
- Previous Endoscopy experience preferred.

Pay
Hourly pay range: $36.00 – $55.80. The hourly rate is based on expertise and years of experience. The new minimum base pay for this role will be $37.25 per hour, effective with the second paycheck in October.
Schedule
Full‑time schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., with flexible start times. Weekend and call responsibilities are required; call includes day, night, weekends, and holidays.
