The Registered Nurse Employee Health plays a crucial role in promoting the health and wellbeing of staff across multiple sites.
Responsibilities
- Perform pre-placement screenings, return-to-work clearances, fit-for-duty assessments, and annual health evaluations
- Manage immunization programs
- Communicate with HR, management, and medical staff
- Review lab results and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations
- Respond to occupational exposures and provide education on post-exposure protocols
- Support team members during off-hours for work-related health issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Healthcare/Science
- Current Illinois RN license
- 3+ years of clinical experience
- Certifications in CPR, drug screening, and potentially phlebotomy
