Registered Nurse - Emergency Room Mid Shift

About the role

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the care team, ensuring safety, compassion, and adherence to clinical standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient pain and respond promptly to needs, documenting care thoroughly.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, and interventions as ordered by medical providers.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and lifestyle changes to promote understanding and self-management.
• Advocate for patients and model organizational values to enhance patient experience and clinical outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current RN license with a diploma or degree in nursing.
• Certifications including Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and trauma or pediatric life support within specified timeframes.
• No prior experience required; focused on skill development and compliance with certification requirements.
