Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
- Adhering to clinical protocols and safety standards.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
- Current RN licensure in the state or compact licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or TNCC may be needed based on the unit.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, and kneeling.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure setting.
