Job Description

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care as part of a collaborative nursing team. Responsibilities include:

• Observing, assessing, monitoring, and documenting patient conditions and progress.
• Administering medications and treatments according to care plans.
• Communicating effectively with patients, families, and team members.
• Supporting quality improvement initiatives and adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in the State of Michigan.
• ER or ICU experience is preferred.

Additional Information

• This is a Full-Time position with 36 hours per week, working 3 12-hour shifts.
• The schedule is variable, covering 7p-7a, 9a-9p, and 11a-11p.
• There is a variable weekend rotation.
• Eligible for a $9,000 sign-on bonus with a 2-year employment commitment to Munson Healthcare.
