Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care following state laws and hospital policies.
• Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan, evaluate, and monitor care.
• Record observations and delegate tasks appropriately.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve unit goals.
• Deliver safe, effective care during night shifts, including weekends and rotating holidays, contributing to a high-quality emergency care environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing (or must obtain within five years if holding an associate degree).
• Current Illinois RN licensure.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications within three months of start.
• Critical thinking, assessment skills, teamwork, and adherence to protocols are essential.
