Registered Nurse - Emergency (Full-Time, Night Shift)

Role Overview

The registered nurse (RN) delivers coordinated patient care, supervises nursing staff, and collaborates with healthcare teams to ensure safe, effective treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient health data, analyze findings, and develop care plans to achieve desired outcomes.
• Implement interventions, coordinate care delivery, and evaluate patient progress.
• Provide education to patients and families, participate in discharge planning, and ensure continuity of care.
• Delegate tasks appropriately and oversee healthcare team activities.
• Maintain a safe, compassionate environment and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current RN licensure in the practice state.
• CPR/BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS certifications also required.
• Preferred bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) and experience in acute care settings.
