Registered Nurse - Emergency Department (Full-Time, Night Shift)

Role: Provides coordinated nursing care to patients, supervising and directing nursing staff while collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure quality care. Utilizes critical thinking, professional judgment, and independence in decision-making to develop, implement, and evaluate care plans. Key Responsibilities: Collects and analyzes patient data, develops care plans, and implements interventions to promote health and safety. Participates in discharge planning and delegates tasks appropriately. Provides education to patients, families, and team members, fostering a caring and safe environment. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the practice state (required)CPR/BLS certification (required)AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification (required)PALS certification (required)Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred)Experience in acute care settings (preferred) Essential Functions: Perform patient assessments, develop and evaluate care plans, coordinate multidisciplinary care, and provide health education.
