Registered Nurse - Emergency Department (Full Time, Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities

• Collections and analyzes patient data to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Coordinates care delivery, promotes health, and evaluates patient outcomes.
• Engages with patients, families, and healthcare teams for education and discharge planning.
• Delegates tasks appropriately and ensures team collaboration.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS from approved vendors.
• PREFERRED: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) and acute care experience.
• Strong critical thinking, supervision, and collaboration skills.
