Registered Nurse - Emergency (Full-Time, Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities

• Collects and analyzes patient data to develop and implement care plans aimed at achieving optimal outcomes.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care and safety.
• Promotes health and ensures a safe environment through critical thinking and professional judgment.
• Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare providers, providing education and support.
• Participates in discharge planning for continuity of care.
• Delegates tasks appropriately and manages team activities, performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the practice state is required.
• CPR/BLS certification is mandatory; ACLS and PALS certifications are required for facility-specific credentials.
• Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) and experience in acute care settings.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills are essential.
