Registered Nurse - Emergency Department - Regional Float Pool

Role: Registered Nurse in a dynamic emergency department setting, providing direct patient care up to Level 1 trauma standards. Responsibilities: Utilize advanced nursing skills and the nursing process to deliver high-quality care, collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, and support patient wellness and safety. Contribute to evidence-based practices, precept new staff, and participate in specialty education and competency validation. Qualifications & Skills: Graduation from an accredited nursing program, active RN license, and at least 6 months of nursing experience. Certifications in BLS, PALS, NIHSS, and additional trauma and cardiac care courses are required within specified timeframes. Key Duties: Provide comprehensive emergency care, adhere to BCEN standards, and support safe clinical environments. Contribute to continuous improvement and professional growth in a fast-paced, innovative setting.
