Registered Nurse - Emergency Department - Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care by utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Supervise and guide unlicensed nursing personnel, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain accountability for patient outcomes.
• Contribute to safety and high-quality patient experiences across diverse patient populations.
• Deliver patient-centered nursing care, ensure compliance, lead unlicensed staff, and promote safety and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN license
• BLS/CPR certification through AHA
• At least one year of hospital nursing experience

Skills

• Preferred BSN degree
• Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNS, TNCC, or ECRN are advantageous

Schedule

• Flexible shifts including PM and night
