Registered Nurse - Emergency Department - Night

About the role

Provide professional nursing care in accordance with state laws and hospital policies.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, and plan and evaluate care
• Monitor patient progress and document observations
• Delegate appropriate tasks to team members and collaborate to achieve unit goals

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate degree or higher in Nursing; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required within five years if only an associate degree
• Minimum of 1+ years' emergency department experience
• Current Illinois RN licensure
• CPR certification, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS within specified timeframes

Schedule

• Night hours (7:00pm-7:00am), includes every third weekend and rotating holidays
