Registered Nurse - Emergency Department - Multiple Shifts

Join a dynamic emergency department team in a leading Level I Trauma Center, contributing to a major expansion with new treatment areas and advanced equipment. Responsibilities Include Utilizing the nursing process to provide holistic patient care, health promotion, and injury prevention.Assessing patient needs using the AACN Synergy Model and delivering evidence-based interventions.Coordinating and managing nursing care in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare team members.Providing health teaching, counseling, and supportive/restorative care to patients. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Nursing program; Bachelor's preferred.Current RN license or eligibility in Alabama; BLS certification required, ACLS/PALS may be needed based on unit.Preferred experience: 2+ years in psychiatric, emergency, or correctional nursing; 3+ years of nursing experience recommended.
