About the role

Provide high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs in collaboration with the care team. Serve as a key communication link between patients, families, providers, and staff to ensure patient-centered care and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and evaluate patient conditions.
  • Assist with care planning and deliver safe care.
  • Document assessments and interventions.
  • Advocate for patients and address their concerns.

  • Uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum associate or diploma in nursing; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Valid RN license (single state or multi-state compact).
  • Required certifications: BLS, PALS, TNCC, and ACLS.
  • Maintain ongoing professional development.
  • Demonstrate leadership and adherence to policies and standards.
