Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate patient conditions

- Document assessments, care provided, and incident reports

Qualifications & Skills
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
- Valid RN license (single state or multi-state compact)
- Certifications: BLS, PALS, TNCC, ACLS (all required upon hire)
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
- Commitment to quality improvement and professional growth
