Registered Nurse - Dialysis (Sign-On Bonus)

Responsibilities

How you'll change lives: As a Registered Nurse (RN), you'll be a vital part of a cross-functional team, supervising Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) and providing care to patients with kidney disease.

• Delivering safe, comfortable, and high-quality dialysis treatment directly to patients
• Conducting and documenting physical assessments before and after treatments
• Monitoring patients during treatment to ensure safety and comfort
• Reviewing patient medication profiles monthly and administering medications as per physician orders
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team for assessment and care planning
• Ensuring staffing requirements are met in compliance with regulations
• Adhering to all policies, procedures, and legal regulations to maintain safety and quality
• Participating in staff meetings and continuing education activities

Requirements

• Current RN licensure and relevant clinical experience
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Attention to detail in patient assessments and documentation
• Knowledge of dialysis procedures and medication administration
• Ability to adhere to safety standards and regulatory requirements
