About the role
Registered Nurse (RN) in a dialysis center, working within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, comfortable dialysis treatments, including physical assessments and monitoring patients during procedures.
- Complete and document assessments before and after treatments.
- Administer medications per physician orders and review patient medication profiles regularly.
- Supervise and assist Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to ensure optimal patient care.
- Participate in care planning, assessments, and team collaboration to meet patient needs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Adhere to company policies, state and federal laws, and participate in ongoing staff training and education.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN license.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of renal care and medication administration preferred.
