About the role
We are seeking a Dialysis Nurse to oversee and deliver high-quality dialysis care within a healthcare facility.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct hemodialysis treatments, perform patient assessments, administer medications, and educate patients on renal health and self-care.
- Supervise dialysis technicians, delegate tasks, and ensure adherence to clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor patient responses during treatment, make necessary adjustments, and document interventions accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to coordinate care, report lab results, and maintain treatment continuity.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, maintain electronic medical records, and adhere to policies and procedures.
