Dialysis Registered Nurse - Sign-On Bonus

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care at a dialysis clinic, primarily serving adult and geriatric ESRD patients. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing and adjusting care plans, and delivering ongoing patient and family education. The role requires maintaining effective communication with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care, adhering to professional nursing standards, and appropriately delegating tasks.
