About the Role
A Registered Nurse (RN) will be a vital member of a healthcare team, providing high-quality dialysis care to patients with kidney disease under supervision.
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, comfortable dialysis treatments.
- Perform physical assessments.
- Monitor patients during procedures.
- Review medication profiles monthly.
- Administer medications as prescribed.
Teamwork
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
- Ensure proper staffing levels.
- Support care planning activities.
Safety & Quality
- Follow all policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Participate in staff meetings and continuing education.
- Uphold safety standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current nursing license in the applicable state.
- Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
Preferred
- One or more years of nursing experience, especially in dialysis.
