Registered Nurse - Days

Position: Collaborative Registered Nurse, Oncology Location: Highland Park Hospital/Kellogg Cancer Center Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm, no weekends or holidays Pay Range: $41.86 - $64.88 per hour, based on experience and expertise Responsibilities Provide safe, compassionate nursing care for oncology patients, utilizing the nursing process to develop, implement, and evaluate care plansSupervise and guide unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient careCollaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of careContribute to safety initiatives and promote a high-quality patient experienceMay float to other Kellogg Cancer Centers as needed Qualifications & Skills Current Illinois Registered Nurse licensureAssociate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferredCurrent CPR certification required; OCN/ONS certification preferredMinimum of 1 year experience in Oncology Outpatient Infusion or related settings such as ED, ICU, PACU Benefits Incentive plans, shift and holiday pay, and annual performance-based increasesCareer development opportunities, tuition reimbursement, and wellness programsMedical, dental, pet, and vision insurance optionsRetirement plans with company match, paid time off, and community involvement Join a dedicated healthcare system committed to delivering high-quality, community-connected care with a focus on professional growth, diversity, and inclusion.
