Registered Nurse - Day Shift

Role Overview: Provide and evaluate personalized resident care within a long-term care community. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists, families, and care staff to ensure comprehensive care.Maintain and update care plans and documentation accurately.Administer medications following safety protocols and regulations.Use clinical judgment to assess and address residents' needs effectively.Supervise nursing support staff to ensure quality care delivery.Adhere to community policies and regulatory requirements in all duties.
