Position: Registered Nurse, Oncology Location: Endeavor Health Cancer Center - Plainfield, IL Responsibilities Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for oncology patientsUtilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient careSupervise and guide unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary careCommunicate and collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomesContribute to safety and high-quality patient experiences Qualifications & Skills: Current Illinois RN licensureAssociate’s Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred)CPR certification; OCN/ONS certification preferredMinimum 1 year experience in Oncology Outpatient Infusion or related fields such as ED, ICU, PACU Key Attributes: Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, teamwork, and commitment to patient-centered care. The role may involve occasional travel to other centers and on-call duties.
