Role: Registered Nurse, Oncology Responsibilities Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for oncology patientsUtilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient careGuide and supervise unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary careCommunicate and collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomesContribute to safety and high-quality patient experiences Qualifications & Skills Current Illinois RN licensureAssociate’s degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred)Current CPR certification; OCN/ONS certification preferredMinimum 1 year of Oncology Outpatient Infusion Center experience; ED, ICU, PACU experience also highly valued Key Duties Independently deliver patient-centered nursing careCollaborate with healthcare team to ensure continuity of careSupport safety outcomes and quality improvement initiatives
