Registered Nurse - Day Shift

Position: Registered Nurse Location: Evanston with travel to other hospitals Hours: Part-time, flexible start times from 5am to noon, 8-hour shifts Responsibilities Include Providing safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care across diverse patient populationsUtilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plansEngaging patients and families in care decisionsEnsuring regulatory compliance and maintaining professional accountabilityLeading and collaborating with unlicensed staff and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferredValid IL RN licenseCPR/BLS certification; ACLS and PALS preferredCPAN/CAPA certifications preferred Key Attributes: Strong communication, decision-making, and team collaboration skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
