Job Description
Registered Nurse – Critical Care Nurse Residency Program
Program Overview
- Accredited nursing graduates
- Less than four (4) months of acute care nursing experience
- Supportive education, clinical experiences, and mentorship
- Three acuity adaptable, critical & intermediate care units
- Online learning modules, didactic education, high-fidelity simulation, case studies, and unit-based orientation
Eligibility Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- New RNs are accepted
- Proof of MI RN license
- For those hired after Jan 1, 2015, BSN within 5 years of start date required
- Meds delivery and narcotics counting may not be done until RN licensure
- Experience in clinical area desired
