Supports new acute care nurses through a customized Nurse Residency Program that extends beyond clinical orientation, fostering growth with experienced mentors and peer groups.

Responsibilities

• Provides general nursing care across diverse settings, collaborating with healthcare teams and adhering to nursing standards.
• Performs assessments, develops and documents care plans, evaluates responses, and adjusts interventions to meet patient needs.
• Participates in process improvement initiatives to enhance clinical quality, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Focuses on safety, quality, and efficiency as part of a high-reliability organization.

Requirements

• Minimum qualifications include an associate’s degree, RN licensure, and BLS certification.
