Registered Nurse - Graduate Nurse Residency, Critical Care

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in critical care, including units such as ICU, Neuro Step Down, and Cardiovascular Step Down. This role involves utilizing the nursing process to deliver high-quality patient care, evaluating its effectiveness, and coordinating with other departments. You will maintain patient rights and confidentiality while adhering to organizational standards.

This position is ideal for recent graduates or experienced nurses looking to grow their skills through our comprehensive RN Residency Program, which builds confidence and clinical expertise via mentorship, classroom learning, and leadership guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on clinical support in critical care settings.

Requirements

• Active RN licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Specialty certifications (e.g., CCRN, PCCN).
• Acute care or critical care experience.
