Registered Nurse - Critical Care (ICU) - Full-Time - Night Shift

Role Overview

Critical Care RN within a float team providing high-acuity care across multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

• Delivering evidence-based, individualized patient care using the full nursing process.
• Managing complex, high-acuity patients with clinical expertise and confidence.
• Safely administering medications, infusions, and treatments.
• Responding promptly to emergencies and changes in patient conditions.
• Partnering with patients and families for education, advocacy, and empowerment.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license (compact or single state).
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; CCRN preferred.
• Minimum of 2+ years recent Critical Care experience (ICU, CVICU, SICU, MICU).
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure, adapt easily, and collaborate effectively.
