Role Overview: Critical Care RN for the W.E.S.T. Float Pool, providing high-acuity patient care across multiple facilities. Key Responsibilities: Deliver evidence-based, individualized care; manage complex patients; administer medications and treatments; respond to emergencies; collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
